I cannot create a Company workspace
Company Platform is commonly accessed through an invitation. Ask your Airlead or Markets partner contact to invite or provision your workspace.Markets is locked after onboarding
Your workspace may still require activation. Follow the in-product activation step or contact Airlead with the workspace name.Webhook ingest returns 401
A source secret is configured but missing or incorrect. Send either:Ingest succeeds but no buyer receives the lead
Ingest and delivery are separate. Confirm the interest is in the intended channel, routing-ready, and eligible for at least one active buyer. Then check Delivery 1.0 if automated delivery is expected. Follow the full delivery troubleshooting checklist.The same lead appears more than once
Check whether the source sends a stable external ID across retries. Then review workspace and source duplicate detection settings. See Prevent duplicate leads.Connect code invalid
Copy the Connect ID directly from the recipient endpoint. Confirm the endpoint is active and provide the Connect secret if required. Avoid repeated attempts with guessed IDs because resolution is rate-limited.Feature missing / 403

The transaction reference may be ambiguous or the requested status may conflict with current state. Use the transaction ID from the original delivery and include the buyer identifier when the endpoint requires disambiguation.AI stopped working
