Feedback & Storno
After a lead is received, the recipient can report a structured outcome to the sender. This keeps quality decisions and commercial corrections linked to the original delivery. Why it matters
Without a clear feedback loop:- Senders cannot trust quality
- recipients repeat explanations by email
- settlement disputes increase
- buyer and source quality cannot be evaluated consistently
Typical outcomes
- Storno / cancellation: the recipient requests that the delivery no longer remain billable
- Qualified: the recipient reports that the lead met the agreed qualification outcome
- Rejected: the recipient did not accept the delivery
- other feedback defined by the active partnership and workspace capabilities
Report feedback
- Open the received list item, interest, or Connect feedback action.
- Select the agreed outcome.
- Choose a structured reason.
- Add concise evidence only when necessary.
- Submit and verify that the sender received the update.
Configure Storno reasons
Before production delivery:- define reasons both organizations understand
- distinguish invalid contact data from commercial rejection
- agree on the reporting deadline
- decide which evidence is required
- define whether a Storno permits another delivery
- train operators to avoid free-text-only reasons
