Privacy Center

The Privacy Center helps authorized teammates process privacy requests and prevent suppressed contacts from returning through later imports.

Before processing requests

  • define who may view and manage privacy data
  • document how your organization verifies a requester
  • ensure sources capture consent and legal-basis data consistently
  • agree on retention and deletion procedures
  • restrict exports to authorized roles

Handle a request

  1. Verify the requester according to your policy.
  2. Search Records for all relevant person and company data.
  3. Review linked interests, lists, channels, transactions, and activity.
  4. Record the required action and responsible person.
  5. Apply suppression before a later import can recreate unwanted contact.
  6. Use the audit log to confirm access and changes.
  7. Close the request with the evidence required by your policy.
Consent fields describe the basis on which data was captured. Suppression prevents known opted-out or blocked contacts from being unintentionally reintroduced. Duplicate detection is not a replacement for suppression: its purpose is data quality, not privacy enforcement.
Your legal obligations depend on jurisdiction, contracts, and role in the data processing relationship. Airlead supports your workflow but does not determine those obligations.
