Markets quickstart
Goal: verify one complete path from source to transaction before you automate delivery. If the concepts below are new, read Understand the Airlead data model first.
Before you begin
You need:- an active Markets workspace
- one product you distribute
- one test lead that contains no real customer data
- one buyer or test endpoint
1. Set up the product
Open Settings → Products. Create or select the product and review the fields required to qualify an interest. Product fields become the basis for source mapping and buyer criteria. Avoid changing field keys after integrations are live.2. Create the channel
- Open Channels and create a channel.
- Select the product or interest scope.
- Give the channel a name that identifies its supply or market.
3. Add one source
Choose the source that matches how the lead arrives:- Webhook for structured, recurring system-to-system traffic — including direct website or CRM connections without Make or Zapier
- CSV or upload link for files and partner uploads
- Email for supported inbound email formats
- Connect for delivery from another Airlead workspace
4. Add one buyer
Create a buyer and configure its delivery destination. Then:- Attach the buyer to the channel or a linked pool.
- Add only the minimum criteria needed for your test.
- Confirm that the buyer is active and has available capacity.
- Preview or inspect eligibility before sending.
5. Test a manual delivery
Start manually. This separates setup problems from automation behavior.- Open the test interest in the channel.
- Confirm that it is ready for routing.
- Select Manually deliver and choose the test buyer.
- Verify that the buyer received the expected data.
- Open the resulting transaction and check buyer, product, price, and status.
6. Enable Delivery 1.0 when the path is proven
Delivery 1.0, within Airlead AI, can evaluate routing-ready interests and start automated delivery according to the channel, buyer, pool, criteria, capacity, and plan settings. Enable it only after the manual test succeeds. If it does not deliver, follow Troubleshoot a delivery.Success checklist
- The source created the expected person and interest
- Replaying the same external ID does not create an unintended duplicate
- Required product fields and consent data are present
- The interest is ready for routing
- The buyer is eligible and has capacity
- Manual delivery reached the buyer
- A transaction contains the expected commercial values
- Delivery 1.0 is enabled only if automated delivery is intended
