Important distinctions

A buyer is not the same object as a Company workspace.
A person is the contact; an interest is one product-specific request.
A source brings data in; a channel controls distribution.
A channel distributes in Markets; a list organizes work in Company Platform.
A delivery is the action; a transaction is its recorded commercial lifecycle.
An idempotent replay repeats the same event; a duplicate matches an existing email or phone under configured rules.
