A channel controls how eligible interests are distributed in Markets: sources, buyers, criteria, delivery, and activity. See Understand channels. What is the difference between a channel and a list?

Use a stableexternalId for retries, and configure duplicate detection by email or phone.
See Prevent duplicate leads.
When should I use CSV or email instead of a webhook?
Use CSV for files and migrations. Use email only when the partner cannot send JSON or CSV and the format is stable. See Import leads from CSV or upload links and Capture leads from email.Delivery

Yes, when the delivery policy is Multi and slots remain. Exclusive is intended for one winning buyer. See Understand channels.Connect and Company
