Share & upload links

A channel share link gives a stakeholder a configured, limited view without a full Airlead login. Before sharing:
  • review which fields and records are visible
  • confirm personal data is redacted as intended
  • send the link through an approved channel
  • set an owner and removal date
Use a share link for visibility, not as a data integration or replacement for Connect. An upload link lets a partner submit a CSV to a configured source without a full account. Configure:
  • accepted columns and value formats
  • target source, product, and channel or list
  • import mapping
  • stable external IDs
  • duplicate behavior
  • required consent data
Test with a synthetic CSV before accepting production files.

Token security

Anyone holding the token may be able to use the link within its configured scope.
  • Treat tokens like passwords.
  • Do not place them in public documents or analytics.
  • Revoke and regenerate a link if it is exposed.
  • Remove links that are no longer required.
  • Do not build an automated integration around an upload token; use lead ingest webhooks.
