# Markets and Company Platform

Airlead provides two workspace experiences for different parts of a lead partnership.

|                 | **Markets**                                | **Company Platform**                     |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| Designed for | Teams that source, route, and sell leads | Teams that receive and work leads |
| Main workspace  | Channels                                   | Lists                                    |
| Typical setup   | Sources → criteria → buyers → transactions | Receive → assign → work → report outcome |
| Commercial role | Sender / seller                            | Recipient                                |
| Connect | Send to or receive from another workspace | Receive and report outcomes |

## Choose Markets when you need to

* connect one or more lead sources
* distribute interests to buyers
* apply buyer criteria and capacity limits
* support exclusive or multi-buyer delivery
* track transactions, feedback, and settlements

## Choose Company Platform when you need to

* receive leads into a CRM-style list
* assign and work incoming records
* keep list-specific stages and fields
* report quality feedback or Storno to the sender
* collaborate without configuring Markets delivery

## How both sides connect

A Markets buyer is a commercial recipient configured by the sender. A Company workspace is a complete Airlead workspace operated by the recipient. They are different objects, even when Connect links them.

## Access and missing features

Company workspaces are commonly created through an invitation from Airlead or a lead partner. Markets workspaces may require activation before all delivery functions are available.

If a menu item is missing or an action returns `403`, first confirm:

1. You are in the intended workspace.
2. The workspace is Markets or Company Platform as required.
3. Your role has permission for the action.
4. Your plan includes the capability.
