# Manual delivery and Delivery 1.0

> Test delivery manually, then use Delivery 1.0 in Airlead AI to deliver eligible interests automatically.

# Manual delivery and Delivery 1.0

Airlead supports operator-controlled delivery and automated delivery through **Delivery 1.0**, the delivery module within Airlead AI. Both use the same underlying buyer eligibility, delivery limits, and transaction history.

## Manual delivery

An operator selects an interest and starts delivery to an eligible buyer.

Use manual delivery to:

* verify a new channel or buyer
* handle exceptions and high-touch deals
* control low-volume delivery
* separate configuration problems from automation behavior

A successful manual delivery creates the same type of transaction as an automated one.

## Delivery 1.0

When enabled for a channel, Delivery 1.0 can evaluate routing-ready interests and start delivery to eligible buyers.

It does not bypass your configuration. It still respects:

* product and field criteria
* pool and channel access
* buyer and channel activation
* capacity and delivery limits
* exclusive or multi policy
* existing transactions
* workspace plan and AI usage budget

Airlead AI also provides chat and contextual assistance. Those functions are separate from the channel's **Delivery 1.0** switch.

## Safe rollout

1. Create one synthetic interest with complete values.
2. Confirm that the intended buyer is eligible.
3. Deliver it manually.
4. Verify the payload and resulting transaction.
5. Enable **Delivery 1.0** for the channel.
6. Ingest another synthetic interest.
7. Inspect **Activity** and the transaction before sending production traffic.

## Manual delivery works, but Delivery 1.0 does not

Check:

1. Delivery 1.0 is enabled for the channel.
2. The interest is routing-ready.
3. Automated delivery is allowed for the buyer.
4. Capacity and delivery slots remain.
5. The workspace plan permits the capability.
6. AI usage budget is available.
7. Activity does not show another blocking rule.

## Common questions

### Does enabling Delivery 1.0 immediately send every existing interest?

Do not assume it does. Eligibility, readiness, available slots, and the active evaluation path determine what can be processed. Review existing volume before enabling it on a populated channel.

### Can manual delivery work while Airlead AI is disabled?

Yes, if the channel and buyer otherwise permit manual delivery.

### Does Airlead AI decide commercial terms?

No. Prices, limits, products, buyers, and contractual rules remain part of your configuration.
